Shipping Policy

We ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail Monday thru Friday. Every effort is made to have orders shipped the same day or no more than one business day after payment has been processed and the order confirmed, unless otherwise noted in the items listing. However, due to occasional stock issues, orders may take longer to ship. There is NO GUARANTEE OF SHIPPING TIMES. If you have questions about the status of your order, contact us by phone or email. Tracking information can be supplied upon request.

Items may be picked up in person during regular business hours or by appointment.

Business days are Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not counted as business/working days.

Shipping charges are determined by the items weight, size, shipping method and delivery address. You will see your actual shipping cost during checkout. At our option, and when cost favorable to the customer we will adjust shipping to Flat Rate Boxes or Envelopes and your credit card will be charged appropriately.

If the address you have given us has any mistake causing the package to be undelivered, or if the package is returned as "unclaimed" we will send your purchase again but another shipping fee plus a handling fee of $1.50 will be charged.
