Our specially designed meat cutting band saw blades help lower cutting costs by yielding fast clean cuts with less waste. These blades are produced from a special high carbon steel and the teeth are precision sharpened which makes this blade the ideal choice for bone in and frozen meat block cutting applications providing fast, clean, accurate cuts and producing higher yields.

Bands are available in 5/8" widths and 3 or 4 teeth per inch. Other sizes can be manufactured.

Fibrous Sausage Casings

Regular Fibrous Casings- For summer sausage, salami, bologna and other cooked and smoked products. Fibrous casings are flexible and strong, provide a uniform diameter, and possess excellent smoke penetration qualities.

For optimum performance soak in 100 degree water for a minimum 30 minutes before stuffing. Soaking maximizes flexibility and increases breakage resistance. Store unused fibrous casings in a cool dry area.

Protein Lined Fibrous Sausage Casings- Protein lined casings are used for the production of cooked, smoked and dried sausages, where controlled meat adhesion is required to ensure that the casing adheres to the sausage surface in a predictable and controlled manner during the ripening and curing cycles.

Our protein lined fibrous sausage casings offers consistent adhesion, permeability and peelability properties consistent over a large moisture range. It is especially suitable for dry and semi-dry products such as salami-type sausages.

Our opaque 2 mil white poly ground meat packing bags are available in plain white unprinted or printed Wild Game, Pork Sausage, or Ground Beef. Easy to use, easy to fill. These bags save freezer space and prevent freezer burn. Sold in bundles of 100 or in boxes of 1000 bags.

1 Pound bags measure 4-1/4" X 10-1/2" flat size
2 pound bags measure 4-1/4" X 13-1/2" flat size

Bags are made with a 1 inch bottom gusset for added burst protection. Seal chub bags with tape, twist tie, small zip tie, hog ring, or staple. All printed bags include safe handling instructions on the back of the bag.
